Christine "Cricket" Foster



Christine “Cricket” Foster started her dance training at 8 years old. She danced with the Eastern Shore Ballet Theatre in Maryland. She loved dancing in many Nutcracker productions as she grew up in her studio. One of her most memorable roles as a child was Small Alice in Alice in Wonderland in The Baltimore Ballet (Professional). She continued her professional dance career with Elsa Pardo Dance Center in Florida and the ballet company Bravo. There she had solos of Blue Bird/Blue Fairy in Cinderella, Water in Treasures of the Sea, and Courtesan in Coppelia, Giselle and Don Quixote.

Cricket’s Musical Theater credits include Snow Queen (Off Broadway) in Clara’s Christmas Dreams, Lucy in Jekyll &Hyde (regional theater – Syracuse, NY), Louisa and Leisl in Sound of Music, Annie (understudy) and an orphan in Annie and Up with People. She studied at American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC and was an opera major/dance minor at Salisbury University in Maryland.

Cricket is also well known in our community as a singer and member of Bounce Party Band. She owns and operates Zenitry, a yoga teacher training certification. Cricket is so blessed with an amazing husband and her wonderful children – Ari, Liv, James and fur baby Buzz..
