Credit Card Payment Info

HOW TO MANAGE CREDIT CARDS IN PARENT PORTAL-BDC ACCOUNTS

You can now pay with a credit card. The following instructions step through adding,editing, and deleting a credit card to your account. Log into your portal here.

To Add a Credit Card:

  1. Once logged into their Portal, parents will go to the Account page (from either the Billing & Payments option or from the sidebar menu).
  2. Under the Quicklinks click Saved Payment Methods.
  3. To add a credit card to the family, click the ‘+’ icon.
  4. On the New Payment Method page choose Credit / Debit Card as the type, enter the card information and click Save.
  5. The credit card is now shown on the Saved Payment Methods page.

To Edit a Card:

  1. Once logged into their Portal, parents will go to the Account page (from either the Billing & Payments option or from the sidebar menu).
  2. Under the Quicklinks click Saved Payment Methods.
  3. Click the Edit link to open the Edit Credit/Debit Card window.
  4. Make any necessary changes and click Save.

To Delete a Card:

  1. Once logged into their Portal, parents will go to the Account page (from either the Billing & Payments option or from the sidebar menu).
  2. Under the Quicklinks click Saved Payment Methods.
  3. Click the Edit link to open the Edit Credit/Debit Card window.
  4. Click the Delete Card button and confirm that you want to delete the card by clicking the Yes, Delete button. A confirmation will briefly display.
