Morgan Jones


Native of Jamestown, NC, Morgan is currently a Senior at UNCG getting her BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography with k-12 licensure and her Minor in African American Studies.
As an alumni of the Pointe! School of Dance & Penn-Griffin School for the Arts, Morgan has trained in ballet, contemporary/modern, jazz, Hip-Hop, lyrical, tap and West African dance. While at UNCG, Morgan has been to the American College Dance Association and performed in their GALA, performed the choreography of Bill T. Jones and Arnie Zane in New York at NYU, Ronald K. Brown, danced with Matriarch Dance Co., and with the Clarice Young Project.
She has choreographed for productions such as a recent production of Let My People Go: A Dance Adaptation of the Prince of Egypt in 2020 & 2021.
She is excited to start her journey at BDC!
